Account details

Priority Services are free for customers who need extra support.

You can sign up for our Priority Services by calling us on 0345 072 6093, or by filling out the form below. If you'd prefer, you can ask a friend or relative to speak to us on your behalf.

Your account number is a ten digit number beginning with '4' that appears in the top right hand corner of your bill as shown in the image. Please enter it without any spaces between any of the digits.

If you have problems with your sight, or have learning difficulties, we can help you by sending your bills in a format that's easier for you

Bills and reminders

Password scheme

If one of our employees has to visit your home, would you like us to use a password?

Important reminder

Please contact your energy company (their phone number will be on a recent bill from them) and ask to be registered on their Priority Services Register to make sure they are aware of your extra needs. Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you.
