You need to be sure that your home and personal security are safe at all times – which means being certain that doorstep callers really are who they say they are. To help you make sure that our employees are who they say they are, we offer a password scheme to help protect you against bogus callers.
If you have registered for our Priority services, you don't need to fill in this form as well.
The password will only be known to you and us, and it can be any word between 6 and 12 characters long. When any of our employees visits you, ask them to give you the password before you let them in. If the person at your door gives you the wrong password or doesn’t know your password, don’t let them in!
