Your account number is a ten digit number beginning with '4' that appears in the top right hand corner of your bill as shown in the image. Please enter it without any spaces between any of the digits.
This is the 10 digit number that appears on your water bill

What happens next?

We'll be in touch with you shortly to arrange when to visit your home to fit your new water meter. It can take up to 8 weeks before the meter is fitted, but we'll try to do it quicker

The new technology we use makes it possible to take readings from water meters remotely. On occasions though, we may need to get access to your meter. To help protect you from bogus callers at your door, would you like to register for our free password scheme?
